SuiteApprovals - I created a rule and now i can't edit or delete it. It says I can't delete a rule that's running. What am I missing?

Will email approvals pass audit?
Deleted all the POs from today and changed the end date to today (start date is today). Same issue

Attach the email file to the transaction for the audit. Also ask the approver to leave a user note in the transaction just to make sure. Make sure no one other than admin can remove/edit the user note

Figured it out. You have to wait a day to delete the rule because the end date has to be on or after the start date and it doesn't stop running until the following day. Pretty frustrating for development work.

That's why I prefer old fashion workflow. Better control. Though I like the email approval option of suiteapproval, can come handy to preserve license

The way we can apply this to multiple record types seems like it will be really helpful for the SOX effort. It's always give and take relying on canned solutions obv, but it seems like a pretty good one so far.
