@NSObsessed I did a version with DOM manipulation and color change on selected/scanned line but it was not reliable... I went back to the legacy way(based on NetSuite design...request/response) still my Suitelet can be use only with an scanner without any keyboard or mouse...

Yea i have done rougly the same thing. I see ursuscode website that the guy managed to get a demo of bootstrap on a suitelet...i need some time to play with it but eventually i want to get 100% responsive design on a suitelet.

@NSObsessed NetSuite is not designed (the whole system) to behave/work as AJAX like websites... you can do it but it will not be standard and it could break in the future...

yes im aware of it. It would be great if NetSuite would atleast let you natively build suitelets in a responsive way. Other than this piece I was able to build full barcoding without the need for an iphone/android app that sits as middleware.
