@jmacdonald I have multiple suitelet that are 100% bar scanner capable, in order to do that I had to play alot with focus and that kind of things, your best bet would be to disable any input box to be able to have the focus to the address bar, then on click or something on the suitelet again enable the fields again...

@alien4u Ive done similar suitelets as well for barcode. I was curious though...did you ever play with the idea of making the suitelet responsive with something like bootstrap?

Yeah this is also for barcode scanning. the focus is on the addressbar now but I can't seem to get it to switch back to the document.
