Hello, Happy Monday to all, is there anyone out there that is using Klaviyo for marketing emails. We are using a 3rd party company to implement it for us and they are indicating that when their scripts pull the Global Subscriptions Status value from a entity record, it changes to Soft - opt in or Soft - opt out, even though the field in NetSuite shows Confirmed Opt In or Confirmed Out Out. The 3rd party is insisting that the issue on in NetSuite, but I have no idea what or how that value would be changed. I have searched SuiteAnswers to only find out to set the field, and what the settings mean, but nothing to indicate it being changed. The claim to have other customers that are using their scripts and it works fine. #C29J1BPM3

From what you described I'd recommend investigating if their scripts are really causing it or if any other scripts/workflows are conflicting with it. Maybe try to use the Scripted Records for that record to help with the investigation.
