Is there anyway to add additional filters to the Prepayment Register report? or if anyone knows what type of report the Prepayment register window is so I could create a slightly more customized version of it that would be great as well

you cannot customize register type report at this moment. One option is to mimic the same thing in a saved search. Try the suiteanswers 74253
