We used to have some Free Text fields in our system which would display as a clickable link to another record within the system for use in list views. However, i don't know how long ago this changed, but those links now just show the full HTML <a tag instead of it showing as a link. Below is a screenshot of how the field shows today, you can see that the "Feature" column is not clickable, which is why we created the "Feature Link" field so that users can click directly to the feature. Does anyone know how to create a clickable link for use in lists like this now? I have tried using the hyperlink and inline html field types, but neither show in lists. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks.

HTML in Formula(text) has been made obsolte. Make sure that the formula is Formula(html)

I see that i can make a formula html field in the list view (search) itself, but what we were using before was just a custom field which would always contain the html link and be re-usable without having to re-create the link in the search when needed. Is using the search formula field the only way now?

Clickable links in custom fields should be type "Inline HTML" in my experience. I don't think I've ever seen a free-form text field show up as a hyperlink

yea, it used to work, and i've tried doing the inline html field, but those fields can't be shown in searches/list views. So, that doesn't work for us either. Right now it looks like we have inline HTML for showing html on a record page itself, or using a search formula (html) field to display a link in a list/search view. Any other ideas are definitely welcome here for a re-usable html link that can be used in search/list views. Thanks

That's odd, I have several transaction line fields that work fine as inline HTML. So sublist is fine but list is not... Netsuite is so inconsistent 🙄
