Brain blank : When employees email transactions using Actions: Email some users are going as sales@company.com And a few employees are going as their.name@company.com. The subsidiary setup default is actually accounts@company.com. The employee >> set preferences are all set to their company email addresses. Where else might I look for the source of the email address being used?

Can we programmatically retrieve a User's "Set Preferences" or is it still the case of having to view each user's UI login?
