Hi All...does anyone have experience with custom record online forms? I'm wanting to populate fields on the online form after edit of another. I've been trying with a workflow and it works fine in the UI but not on the online form. It is set for all contexts and to run as admin. Are workflows flows just not able to handle this...as in can it only be successfully done with a script?

I don't believe workflows will effect online forms. I believe you can use native field sourcing if that is enough funcationlity for you, but workflows do not work. You can also make a scripted online for that would accomplish what you are looking for
