Question about refresh process.  Our normal System Admin is out on leave and unavailable, but his standard routine is to capture the data on the first of the month. 

I just want to verify I can click `capture` and it not start the process of refreshing the sandbox servers yet, as we are not ready to complete a refresh at this time.

Correct. You can start the refresh which will begin making the snapshot of your account. Once the snapshot (or capture) is complete, it will notify the admins.

But the actual refresh does not happen until you go back and actually activate the refresh.
