I created a workflow that initiates an approval process when a Return Authorization is done. If I go to the Return Authorization page and click New, it works fine, but I need it to trigger when I click on the 'Authorize Return' button on the Sales Order. It won't work right now when I do that. Any ideas?

You can try to change the action trigger from entry to something else, maybe after submit..
