Is there a way to default certain options on the "Set Preferences" page? For example having Report by Period have All Reports be the default?

On the Role record, there is a preferences subtab, you can set most preferences there, but keep in mind, the user can override them in the Set Preferences screen. We use this method to set color theme and center for each role.
