Hi, Is there a way to create A/R register report using a saved search? I want to create this search to pull transaction line level fields such as invoice, credit memo etc. onto A/R register. Please let me know if there is any solution for this. Your immediate response is greatly appreciated.

Criteria Account type : non of AR and ((type = invoice credit memo AND Main line = false ) or ( type = JE and custom checkbox is yes )) For JE what you can do is to create custom checkbox field on header and if the JE contains one account AR , you can set to true To flagged this transactions , use saved search like criteria : type= JE and Account type = AR Result : transaction name The update the JE by csv ( for the new JE use a Wf based on saved search criteria )

With this SA you can see only the AR account not the counterpart of this AR right ?

only the AR acct, since you are defining the accounts in the criteria - so only posted transactions to the account only

Yes I answered something more complex lol I thought he wanted to see the counterparties of the AR account

😂 yup you did, he wanted just to mimic register type reports/view - which cannot be customized like other reports.
