Yup looks like Webstorm SDF Plugin is failing to upload files for Accounts on 2024.1 due to it using an outdated SuiteTalk endpoint. I think 6-7 years is how far out they support Suitetalk endpoints so that does make sense if they are using the 2017 SuiteTalk endpoint
