Hey everyone, I’m getting the following error when trying to run an activation for the Base theme for a SC.

Any ideas?

custrecord_activation_user

is the employee recorded on an activation record (SC ExtMech Activation). This is typically the person who does the activation. While I don’t know this error specifically, I would presume that whomever employee 1975 is does not have the sufficient permissions to perform an activation.

Hey Steve, thanks for the feedback. But the thing is that the user trying to activate is Admin… any other ideas?

@Steve Goldberg could it be that the access we’re using was created as a Vendor and not en Employee? Just wondering what could be wrong…

I'm not sure what you mean... it's the user who's doing the activation. If the user doing the activation is not an employee, it won't work
