Hello, how do I make sure that service items that are in a Work Order are added to the projected cost when built. when looking at my past built work orders over the last year sometimes the cost of the service is added and sometimes it is not. Also, these services are new in our system as before I started at my company we didn't use BOM's and WO, The system does not always add in the cost of the service when built it throws out the cost of our assets. #C2KBDGPGV #C29HKGM6J

@frances mcmichael - Have you tried using an "Other Charge" item? The reason it is including the cost sometimes is more than likely caused by the Purchase Price being empty on the Item record for the Service item. If you have Multi Vendors turned on it would be down on the Vendor sublist.
