• Good afternoon, Is there an easy way to tell if a Suite app/bundle is free to use so it doesn't add to the cost of your Netsuite Account?

May be if it is available as shared when you are trying to install the bundle then mostly it is free

when you try to install a paid bundle it tells you it is unavailable or smg like that. Free bundles go into the install mode when you click Install
