Today we currently sync invoices from a billing platform to NetSuite. Another company says they have a solution in which they generate the invoices within NetSuite, which would help alleviate some load on the middle-ware.
Is it better to have invoices sync to NS or have NS generate the invoices?

12/19/2023, 7:52 PMI don't think one way is inherently better than the other; depends on a number of other factors: cost, error rate, quantity, speed, accuracy, and basically, just what works better for the individual business. Hard to say without a lot more detail.

12/19/2023, 8:10 PMWe have a vendor trying whose custom bundle keeps a Sales Order open for the length of a customer contract then generates invoices off of that.
That would be new to us and I am curious to see if anyone does this
