Is there a way to be notified when a scheduled workflow has gone through all the records in the saved search?

You can build a new saved search and apply criteria based on scheduled workflow to catch all the records.

Sorry, but can you please elaborate on that? Just to be clear, I wanted to ge notified that the scheduled workflow has finished processing the records in the saved search used in the WF. Same concept when we upload files via CSV where we get an email notification (does not have to be that detailed - just need an FYI email that it's done processing the records)
