Hi all I have an item sku : ABC with parent name Letter. Instead of using Letter : ABC as the Name of my item, is there a way to use ABC only without having the parent. I am trying to import a sales order with the line item, and only given SKU

best bet will be to use item internal id or external id (if any) then parent child relationship doesn't matter

To avoid this issue you should use either Item internalid or externalid.
