I can’t seem to get NS to add in my additional Safety Stock values on the order items page.

12/12/2023, 4:09 PMHey Brian, you may need to recalculate the demand if you added the safety stock after it was calculated previously. It's on the Inventory Management Preferences page. Instead of hitting save, hit Submit & Calculate

12/12/2023, 4:12 PMYes as safety stock is used to calculate reorder points. If the replenishment method is reorder point and not time phased

12/12/2023, 4:16 PMYou may need to add safety stock manually to the ROP. (Daily Demand * Safety stock days) + manual reorder point

12/12/2023, 6:15 PMCan just confirm what Tim said. Safety stock is a natural component within the ROP. So if you set them manually, you need to include SS.
