Hi, has anyone here experienced approved journal entries being stuck with a pending approval status? How did you solve this issue?

You can forced the value un status and change with approved ( using browser console or extension advanced field explorer )

Do you know what made it stuck to the pending approval status?

You need to check in your workflow the condition Or on your JE go to the système notes subtab and check the log in workflow history

Yes, in the workflow history it is already approved. We have been using this workflow for quite some time already and this has been the first were we experienced this issue with JEs. Thanks for your insights tho!
