hi again, have anyone witnessed negative inventory showing in previous periods even when you process adjustment (IAs) at the last day of the fiscal year?

If the IA is posted with a date of the last day, it won't fix the negative balance in the previous periods, it will just correct it as at the last day of the year. The negative balance will still be true at the end of the previous periods. To correct previous periods, you'd need to date it within that period instead?
