We've been having some crazy stuff going on with refreshing our sandbox. We requested the refresh on November 1st and today is the 27th. It's still in "Delayed" status. We have a case open with NetSuite about the issue but it still hasn't been resolved. Has anybody else had this happen? Usually refreshes take a few days for us, not a whole month.

I had this happen about three months ago. I opened a ticket and it was resolved after about a week.

@jen did they provide a root cause? We are trying to figure out why the heck it's happening. NetSuite support hasn't been helpful at all. It's been over a month now and they just keep saying that they are still investigating the issue...
