Can we change the email subject when sending customer statements through the standard pages? It always shows the root parent subsidiary.

I don't believe so. We set up statements in a workflow with a saved mass update to trigger, which lets us to customise the email (as well as many other benefits)

Are you able to replicate as well the page where you can select the start date, statement date, show open transactions only, etc.? Or do you have a standard values for these, so you just set it up in workflow? We sometimes need to manually send the customer statements and be able to select the values for those parameters.

Those are standard for us so set in the workflow.
