Our other admin cannot see our sandboxes or log into them, even though he has admin on both prod and our SBs. He has tried clearing the cache, as well as trying another browser. He also tried going straight to a SB url but it bumps him over to prod, and doesn’t show any options to switch to a SB. We are not using SSO. The only recent change was that I changed the NAMES of the sandbox accounts under Company Information. Any ideas on what else we could try?

try remove his access from both prod and sandbox and reenable access - reset the global access table. May need to reset 2FA. You can give it a shot

I don’t know that I can remove it — he is the account owner.

Dont have to delete his employee record just remove access then give the access
