I now get the following screen when clicking the "SUPPORT > CONTACT SUPPORT" in NetSuite accounts where they purchased from a Partner and not NetSuite direct. I called the number, selected for technical support (not simply a login issue) plugged in the account # and the auto attendant hung up.
