Im getting an error when trying to delete an Item fulfillment saying "you do not have permissions to preform this operation" but the record is still deleted after you hit go back

@Caroline Lacy sounds like a script or workflow is triggering on delete that the user doesn't have permission to. The delete action is successful, but the after submit action throws the error. Check what scripts run on the record.
