Hi good morning. I've learned from NetSuite Support that Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) imports only one fileper day as scheduled or everytime SFTP connection is triggered. So if bank sends multiple files daily (separate file per region, ie. APAC PDR and US PDR), NetSuite only picks up one of these. Have anyone experienced this?

this sounds right; i would think the solution would be to set up an additional institution.

Yeah I agree, although I wasn’t able to control when is that time when the ASBI is triggered, so you happen to know how to do that?
