Good morning. I'm confused about this Guided Learning feature. We upgraded last night successfully, but the guided learning widget doesn't appear for me. I checked SET PREFERENCES page, and there isn't any option there for enabling or disabling it. Tried in admin role and a non-admin role.
I had tried it out briefly right after we first got our Release Preview, but I noticed that it disappeared from our Release Preview weeks ago. Support said they had disabled it due to performance issues, but I thought that meant they were just disabling it in RP. Did they kill the feature? I've seen several people post here (unhappily) about it, and it's still featured in their new release portlet. Am I supposed to have it?
I do see the option ENABLE NETSUITE GUIDED LEARNING box is checked on my Company > General Preferences > Overriding Preferences page, so it exists. Do I need to do something else to enable or disable it?
