create a transaction saved search criteria: mainline = True Type = Requisition status = Pending approval make sure to check the box - "available for reminder", save it. Then add it to reminder portlet. Note out of the box req-approval reminder search is filtered to current user. This proposed search will show all requisitions with pending approval status
