Anyone else see slow queries with SuiteAnalytics Connect at the moment?

I have some SuiteAnalytics Connect queries that typically ran in 3-4 mins suddenly now hitting the 5 min limit and timing out. Volume of data the query is handling hasn’t changed. Its almost like the queries are less performant than they were a week or two ago..

I've created a support case, but I have just gotten through the hoops with support to create a defect.

Same, mine is “Case #5402370: SuiteAnalytics Connect (JDBC) queries timing out” if you wanted to reference and try to have them linked together

I got mine assigned to defect #738859, might be specific for our account.

Interesting twist: we have widely varying performance based on the environment we are using to run the query: 1. Our production Boomi intergration environment (Server in cloud) was timing out (5 mins) at of 8am ET 2. Queries run locally in a SQL workbench (DBeaver) were timing out 3. But a Boomi environment on a local VM (same laptop running DBeaver 🤷‍♂️ ) was running in under 1 minute. I’ll keep you posted, if you dont mind keeping me posted on yours, please

Both of our instances stopped responding through JDBC at 10pm gmt+2 today. We use Fivetran to sync data to Snowflake

Our issue was completely unrelated to Netsuite…degradation of a server in our integration environment
