Shame on me, I should know that by heart but I have not change a form forever I have 2 subsidiary : Chicago and Miami (Not real name) I have customers for Chicago and other for Miami. I'm creating a Credit memo. When I select the customer, I see only the customers for Chicago none from Miami. In my case, I want to see all Miami customers. I remember it's a saved search that we link to the form. Am I right ? Where do I go to see the Saved Search and I'm thinking to create 2 forms, one for Miami and one for Chicago. Any help is appreciated

it sounds like you are thinking of Filtering the Items Dropdown List on Transactions, which should be unrelated to customers
