I recommend SquareWorks. I know their Tech Director 🙂 and he is very good at what he does, the product itself is good as well, and they keep evolving adding more stuff

for AP automation look into MineralTree and Stampli. Tipalti can be a full AP solution including vendor management, export control, GRC and global payment (can be bit expensive but worth it)
