Has anyone else had issues with the Smart Count Review screen not loading using a custom role with permissions that exceed the ones on the Smart Count Inventory Manager role. Since last Tuesday, none of our custom roles allow the Smart Count Review screen to fully load, but the Smart Count Inventory Manager role and the Admin roles both allow the screen to load. I have reached out to NetSuite and they are clueless, they are now saying it is a defect, how is that a defect? Anyone know how to fix this? For now, I have assigned the Smart Count Inventory Manager role to our warehouse team so they can at least keep working.
