We have a file in the "Payment File Administration" that shows "Queued" since 10:47 am this morning and it has not been processed.
• Do any of you know where to check what is holding this?

There is a suiteanswers for exactly this issue don't recall the number. But have seen it in the past
Potentially another PFA with queued status ( or another problem )

You just reprocess and/or cancel/reprocess. I've found that NS doesn't have solid answers for why certain payment batch processes fail or really what to do with them outside of "reprocess." The good news is that that seems to pretty much fix it every time.

Thank you all.
It was related to a couple of runaway script deployments. We had to wait until they timed out and all other stuff in the queue got processed.
