Hello, how do you standardize the web notifs emails (system email template) and emails sent when SOs are created via UI? I have tried using a workflow to send the system email template for both UI and web contexts. I did a research and it says I need to update the freemarker format to reference records. My question is - after I have updated the system email template to a freemarker format, can I also still refer to any website data in the template that I will be using in a workflow?
