Is anyone experiencing issues again about sending emails out of NetSuite?

Issues sending any email or issues with deliverability? I have a fair a mount of experience setting up and troubleshooting DNS records to optimize deliverability if you ever need some help with DKIM / SPF / DMARC config for email.

I sent an email campaign out last week that was miserably slow. 200 emails took about 2 hours to send

We are getting customers saying they aren't receiving our emails sent out this morning, or they are severely delayed.

Oof, that is painful. We do not use NS for bulk mail, just transactional and support. Unless something has changed recently NS uses SparkPost for email infrastructure. Looks all green here https://status.sparkpost.com/
