Hi, when importing sales order csv, I set the external Id as a key but I got the following error " Mandatory Field Missing for field "External ID" ". Well, there is no set rule for external ID so I just put a random external ID. How can I fix this error?

Are you doing Add or Update for this import?

I was doing Add, I actually realized that my CSV file had a problem... I did it with Excel file and commas were not visible. I used another program to import csv file. Thanks for the comment!
