Does anyone know when you send a saved search by recipients from results, when they click view record they can see all results or just the results they were sent? I have a vendor bills pending approval saved search and have the email being sent based on next approver. I don't want them to click on the view record link and then see all the vendor bills pending approval, just there's

I am under the impression they can only see theirs or their teams. But all most of my users are not full licensed users and just HR licenses.
