I see the #C29HM9VGC slack is archived. Do any of you use Case Management inside of NetSuite? What are the pros and cons? Is anyone out there using this succesfully?

Our main complaint is that the subsidiary is always the primary subsidiary of the customer. We can't change it to something else even if we are using tge multi-subsidiary customer feature.

I’ve used it many times for an internal help desk. It works pretty well. A little cumbersome sometimes but workflows can help with that
