Are issues ongoing? Status.netsuite says it's all fine but login says "too many attempts"

i’ve been good since approximately 9:30am

We've been fine since around 9.30 too

The login authentication works for us, then after one minute the browser says "the account you are trying to access is unavailable". I've seen something like this on a previous outage where it takes time.

mine is working ok, my sandbox is still down
