08/30/2023, 4:47 PM@Brittany Wood Some NetSuite partners offer Managed Services (Support), one that I know is 360 Cloud Solutions, you pay for a block of monthly hours and stuff like that.

08/30/2023, 5:52 PMPremium support will not do custom development - ACS does but with ACS it is a hit or miss. 360 would be good choice I personally know quite a few of their consultants they are quite good - better bang for your money
