I white labelled and subcontracted for NS's software vertical. Even inside of NS, my impression was always that NS didn't really want to be in the business of doing implementations. They just wanted to sell software. That's why they give such a huge commission to partners. They want to just dump all that hard stuff over the fence and cut a check. And especially if the partner is going out there and bringing in the sale it's 100% worth it for them. Seemed like the only reason they do PS is because it looks really bad and they won't be able to make a certain number of sales if they don't.
