Not sure how true it is as I was only lightly involved, but they will put brand new people that have 0 netsuite experience on your customizations yet still charge the $275/hr (at the time) to complete it. I've also never seen so much paperwork for adding a freakin custom field.

This happened every time. The large consulting firms do the same as well. RSM and CapGemini definitely do.

I get that you have to get your people experience but maybe not charge that for brand new people who have no clue. Really would leave me w/ a bad experience if i were the one paying for that.
