NS does not pay much for PS. I left with 60% bump in salary and now it is 2x what I have been making at NS. Same for others AFAIK. If you want your implementation to go well with NS it is quite possible though and you need to request specific people by name no kidding, particularly when it comes to ARM. Most of PS do not understand accounting and cannot speak of reval, IC and eliminations, how ARM works, etc. But if customers force them they will go to those who know and will learn from them and pass it to customers.
