I white labeled for NetSuite PS once upon a time. You're right they had way too many projects for each person. Even if you were really good, you'd get buried. And if you weren't good, being on too many projects obviously compounded the issue.
They'd have big celebrations and highlight people with over 100% utilization. Meanwhile I was getting the stank eye since I was "only" around 85-90% because I wanted some semblance of WLB. Assuming they're still that way, it's not hard to see why they suck. There were definitely good people in NS PS, but not much motivation to stay and get run into the ground.
