hey guys, i'm trying to do a sandbox refresh tomorrow. do I have to request it now and activate it for tomorrow? or do i just go into our sandbox account in settings and just hit 'refresh sandbox' tomorrow?

First you hit the option "Refresh Sandbox", that initialize de copy. The copy will take several hours depending on the number of data. Upon completion, you will be prompted via email to "Activate" the new Sandbox refresh.

The biggest thing to remember, is if you have any 3rd party connections that you want to connect to your SBX, you will have to reset them up, as the refresh is a copy of your Production account so the credentials and keys will be from your Production account, even though they will not be connected. Also, if you have any scheduled scripts that you want to run in your SBX from your Production account, you will have to reset the schedule, all scheduled scripts get unscheduled as part of the refresh.

probably also worth switching off any SFTP links you have to banks, or at least re-pointing them to a test server

Hi all, our account is scheduled to move to the new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure this week and I keep getting a reminder emails to upgrade to the latest ODBC or JDBC driver. I remember doing this for for our SuiteAnalytics Connect driver back in January in preparation for the move, I'm assuming this is the same driver that NS is waring about. Not finding much help in SuiteAnswers. Can anyone confirm this is the driver NS is referring to?

They are talking about upgrading the ODBC/JDBC driver on whatever client you’re using to connect to SuiteAnalytics Connect. That could be any number of applications, such as databases (MSSQL, MySQL), middleware, or DB management tools.
