Since SMS as a method of 2FA will be deprecated starting 1 March 2024, I want to start transitioning my company's users to 2FA via an authenticator app. How can I find out which users are using SMS as their method of 2FA?

Great question, I made a nifty excel sheet but there has to be a better way.

<@U03DF9QL7FX> Are you saying you made an excel sheet based on your personal tribal knowledge of which method of 2FA everyone was using, or did you put together a spreadsheet based on information you were able to pull from NetSuite? I can deal with spending a little extra time compiling information from imperfect NetSuite saved searches. I just don't want to have to go around and ask every single user at my company.

<@U02LU41R47Q> I just know all the old employees were set up using SMS Phone verification so I went from there.

I know new employees with new NetSuite profiles are set up properly with the authenticator. I am just needing to do the rest.
