I've heard not so good things about Meyers-Holum too though
s
Man at least they are better than the NS folks. One thing though IMyers-Holum folks are getting a bit threatened when I am pointing out their mistakes or give other solutions. Mind I just started this new gig only a month ago. It is a large implementation with dedicated DB server, enterprise tier, NS Analytics Data warehouse, ARM, SFTP, SuiteConnect and more. They might opt for Zone billing down the road

I mean its hear say i wasn't there to see it just heard it wasn't so good over there. I would def back Zone billing as I know who created it and their work ethic behind it. You probably couldn't ask for a better product in that space. Now that was years ago i dunno if its still like that but I would give it a go.
s
I suggested them to use Zone billing when I was negotiating about the job. One thing for sure will be using ZoneCapture OCR for P2P.
c
I'd prob back anything they produce honestly
s
Guess what!!! Jon L from Zone gave a good plugin about me during one of my first meetings with them to my employers - said the "Sam is a legend in NS users community". I have known him for years though.
c
Yeah he's a nice guy for sure
s
he is a VP now

Plug my smart factory and smart materials app on the app store too 😄
I have no idea who is still there or not i left like 3 year sago
there was like 10 of us then
s
it is pretty huge now, they have offices in UK now. ZoneCapture used be FastFour which they bought last year
c
dang maybe i could've retired early lol
a
Yep Zone has presence in 14 countries now…

Zone has been through private investment which allowed them to buy a couple of firms but they also just divested a bunch of PS stuff to a pair of companies and laid off tons of people. A mixed bag recently for the company. Jon is great and local to me but the company overall leaves a bad taste since the investment money came in
