My last 2 jobs I had the same issues with ACS, specifically the last one - they hardly did anything for us. At the new company we do have ACS service as part of the initial licensing cost, and they are not engaged till we go live in November, that means we are paying them from last April (contract date) without any work been delivered. Thank god my new company decided to engage Myers-Holum for the implementation - I had soooooo many bad experience with Netsuite professionals services over the year.
